By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is for

The site is informational and institutional. It presents the station, lets you listen live, sends song requests and messages, introduces partners, and makes it easier to reach the community station of Lagoa da Prata.

2. Permitted use

You may use the site to:

• Listen to the live broadcast;
• Send song requests and messages through the channels we provide;
• Contact the station by WhatsApp, phone, or email;
• Read institutional information, partner listings, and published content.

3. What is not allowed

You may not:

• Use the site for anything illegal, offensive, or discriminatory, or that violates someone else's rights;
• Send requests, messages, or notes that are defamatory, threatening, obscene, or unsolicited advertising;
• Try to interfere with the site, the player, or connected services;
• Copy or commercially exploit site content without prior permission from ACLAP.

4. Song requests and messages

The request form only prepares a message to send via WhatsApp. The station does not guarantee that every request will be played on air. Programming follows editorial judgment, time slots, and availability. Unsuitable content may be declined.

5. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, text, layout, visual identity, and other site content belong to ACLAP or its licensors, unless stated otherwise (for example, partner logos). Unauthorized reproduction may infringe copyright and trademark rights.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, maps, streaming, and partner sites. We do not control the content or privacy practices of those services. Using them is subject to each provider's terms.

7. Availability and limits

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site and the stream available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures, or outside providers can cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ACLAP is not liable for indirect damages from using or being unable to use the site, or for content or conduct of third parties reached through external links.

11. Law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Lagoa da Prata, in the state of Minas Gerais, have venue over disputes, and any other venue is waived, however privileged it may be, except where the law assigns exclusive jurisdiction.
